MDR actively manages the majority of properties it acquires and develops. We currently manage 40,000 sq. ft. of retail and industrial space.
The principals of MDR have over 20 years of combined experience in all aspects of land development from sourcing opportunities, negotiating leases, construction management, financing and tenant turn-over.
Our investments are opportunistic. MDR has yield requirements that are commensurate with the risks and opportunities presented by the market and each property. MDR focuses on sub-markets of growth or stability with “barriers to entry” and properties available below replacement cost or market value.
