We are a privately held real estate investment, development and management company with projects in Canada and the United States. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
MDRB actively manages the majority of properties it acquires and develops. We currently manage 40,000 sq. ft. of retail and industrial space.
DEVELOPMENT & CONTRUCTION
Ground-up development is a core expertise and passion at MDRB. We initiate and manage all stages of the development process. This includes acquisitions, underwriting and structuring deals, securing land entitlements, sourcing capital and managing construction.
